1. Minimal maintenance – Unlike other home types, condos require minimal maintenance — you can easily call somebody else to do the job for you. Most condo associations taken care of painting exteriors, paving, shoveling, landscaping, and shoveling.

2. There’s a sense of community – You might be living in your own space, but living in a condo has a sense of togetherness akin to tight-knit neighborhoods. It’s easier to make friends with neighbors — you’ll likely bump into them time to them when you use the common amenities. Such features, which include pools, tennis courts, and fitness facilities help bring residents together.

3. You’ll get to enjoy certain luxuries – Some of us can’t afford to buy a home with a pool or a tennis court, but living in a condo will allow you to enjoy such amenities without having to pay the staggering price.
